Excellent service! They offer all kinds of drinks, and the employees are friendly. To my surprise, they even gave me a Christmas gift. I highly recommend them! Besides that, I came with my one-year-old daughter, and the employees were so patient with her. They put cartoons on the TV for her and gave her snacks. I'm simply in love with my nails, they look like they're straight out of a magazine! I don't want to exaggerate, but the service is truly excellent.

I am in love. This is absolutely my new favorite place in the world. The vibes, the friendly staff, the AMAZING technician Kelly that did my nails. I felt like a princess with all the attention to detail and giving me the most fabulous set of nails in my life. I cant wait to go back for a pedicure. 10 out of 10 recommend

The best experience i’ve EVER had at a salon. Tim and Amy were amazing! I came in for a full acrylic set and pedicure and they did both at the same time. They were so efficient and still took their time even when the salon started to get busy. The experience was calm and relaxing with them caring for me and I left feeling amazing and my nails came out even more amazing! If you’re looking for a 5 star salon look no further than River Rd Nails!

Since moving from California, this is the best nail experience we’ve had. We got 2 pedicures and a full set, and the quality was top-notch. The shop is clean, cool, and very professional. The free cuticle oil for their 1-year anniversary was such a kind gesture. Highly recommend to friends and family!

I read the reviews after deciding to try a new place after 15 years at another local nail salon. They were not lying!!!! You don’t know what to expect because the windows are partially covered, but Oh Mylanta. The cleanest nail salon in Puyallup! I was immediately greeted by a gal and was asked what I came in for. She asked to me to pick out my colors (they have cat eye options which I did for my mani). Also was asked to check in on their tablet at the front desk. I was then seated in my spa chair. It has a charger for your phone! They asked if I wanted a beverage. They have coffee, tea, water, and wine! I chose to do the volcano pedicure that everyone talked about on the reviews and it is an experience and worth every penny!!!! The entire experience was memorable and will definitely go back! Linda and Jenni were awesome and personable while still being professional. Hopefully I’ll get at least one them again when I return in about 3 weeks.
